Hello! Thank you for visiting my website. My name is Milt Payne and I am originally from Frederick, MD.

I started The Music Factory in 1992 as a result of my passion for all types of music (and to supplement my income in what would turn out to be a 23 year career in the Army hence the name DJ G.I. Jam). Over the past 30+ years, I have performed at over 400 weddings and countless corporate events, private parties, college/school dances and festivals.

I use only professional grade DJ equipment and have an extensive digital music library with music spanning from the 50's/60's to today's club hits/mixes and music videos all sure to please any crowd!
